SpinGym

SpinGymWhat do you do when you feel like working out but can't get to the gym? A 5 minute workout each day with SpinGym will help you tone and strengthen your upper body muscles - and the entire "gym" comes in a highly portable pouch.

How does it work? It's sort of like a horizontal yo-yo. A weighted disc sits at the middle of a "strength cord" with a handgrip on each end.

To get the momentum going, you rotate the disc about 20 times until the cord is twisted and has shortened. Then, you pull outward and release in a rhythmic pattern to keep the disc constantly spinning.

SpinGym works on the principle of inertia. As you spin it during a workout, the rotation can allow for up to 20 pounds of weight resistance.

The SpinGym Gyrotronic Resistance Training system includes the SpinGym, a neoprene pouch, an extra cord, a manual and a DVD workout series.
